Victoria explained: “The older I get, the more my skin settles down… over time, you learn what works for you. I used to have quite bad skin when I was younger and I was constantly covering up spots and things like that. Luckily, I don’t have to worry too much about that anymore.”

She stars her daily skincare regime with a double cleanse using her Victoria Beckham The Daily Cleansing Protocol, £100, to remove all traces of dirt and pollution before refining the skin with a lactic acid gel cleanser.

In the past, she also used Sarah Chapman Skinesis Ultimate Cleanser which boasts anti-flammatory omega oils. It costs £54 but you only need one pump at a time.

Victoria’s second step is exfoliation and she is a massive fan of Dr. Harold Lancer and his range, and this Lancer Skincare Polish is no exception. She said: “But when I wash my face in the shower, I use the Lancer Polish. It’s fantastic—it’s quite grainy and abrasive.

“I can feel my face tingling afterwards. It’s the best scrub I’ve found because it really stimulates the skin.”

Then she then applies a Sarah Chapman 3D Moisture Infusion Mask, £50, and massages with a jade roller – we love this Revolution jade roller for £11.25, which comes with two different roller head sizes.

The former singer raved about the Sarah Chapman face masks, saying: “I love it—my skin really does eat this stuff up, so I do it a few times a week. It’s one of those things where you see an immediate difference right after you use it.”

And at night, the fashion designer applied tiny drops of Victoria Beckham by Augustinus Bader Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum and the £145 Rich Creme from Augustinus Bader to improve any signs of ageing and wake up with youthful skin.

Not all of us can afford these expensive serums and creams like Victoria, so we’ve highlighted some great alternatives you can buy. Why not try the bestselling No7 Future Renew ‘Damage Reversal’ serum?

Or, there’s the Dr Jart Hydration Sheet Masks which are highly rated in Korea and come in a pack of five for £14.20.
