Jack Black and Kyle Gass, otherwise known as the greatest band in the world, Tenacious D, are bringing their riff-laden rock rollercoaster to the UK for 2024, and we are so here for it.
The acclaimed musical duo will head to this side of the pond in spring next year, playing a short but explosive string of dates at in Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Nottingham and Brighton.
Coming off the back of a successful 2023 with sold-out shows at the O2, the boys also released a “cheeky” cover of Chris Isaak’s “Wicked Game” that has so far amassed over 27 million views, earning them 1.3 million followers on YouTube.
Four years on from their Post-Apocalypto tour, an “anonymous rock historian” said: “It’s no joke. Tenacious D is the best band in the world and in the Spicy Meatball Tour they are at the peak of their powers. Better than The Beatles… better than the Stones… even better than Taylor Swift. And they have pyro!!!”
Here’s everything you need to know to catch the duo in the UK next year.
