Wimbledon played out another late night of action on Centre Court, as a packed schedule and rapidly approaching curfew suspended play between Novak Djokovic and Hubert Hurkacz.

Prior to the contest, Djokovic had had an easy time of things in the defence of his Wimbledon title, not dropping a single set in his first three matches.

But the Serbian dynamo was made to toil in the opening stages before eventually going on to assert himself in usual dominant fashion. Hurkacz gave his opponent the runaround, to the point where Djokovic fell over the net entirely as a packed centre court gasped audibly.

He was quickly on his feet and the two athletes laughed off the incident, before Djokovic went on to bring his A-game in the run up to the curfew suspension. He now stands one set away from reaching the quarter finals at the All England Club.

Relive the first two sets of Djokovic’s clash with Hurkacz.
