Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, 42, wore a NuCalm biosignal processing disc on her wrist earlier this week, which is said to have a “calming effect”.
The company advises doctors, athletes, and veterans from the military to use them. The discs can cost up to $400 (£315) for a pack of 100.
They function by pressing on an acupressure point, which then causes an electrical signal to be sent to the brain.
Their description says: “The NuCalm Biosignal Processing Disc provides the resonance and frequencies to ensure a fast-acting, deep, and long-lasting NuCalm experience. If you want clinical strength results from NuCalm, you must use the NuCalm Biosignal Processing Disc. Sold in packs of 20 and 100.”
On Thursday, Meghan, 42, was spotted with the blue and white disc on her left wrist in a car park in Montecito, California.
The single-use discs can be worn for a full day. It is unknown where Meghan got the insight for wearing a wellness patch from, but she is known to be good friends with wellness-guru Gwyneth Paltrow.
Ms Paltrow has built an eco-mansion in Harry and Meghan’s celebrity-favourite Santa Barbara neighbourhood.
The Duchess of Sussex paired her wellness disc with a camel-coloured £1,280 Max Mara coat.
Its description says: “This classic wrap style Rispoli coat from Italian fashion house Max Mara is so effortless that you’ll be tempted to wear it at every opportunity.
“Epitomising elegance and timeless sophistication, this single-breasted design is expertly crafted from sumptuous camel hair and features generous notched lapels, roomy pockets and a waist-defining belt.”
Meghan has worn this coat before, seen during an outing in New York with the Duke of Sussex in September 2021.
The Duchess accessorised with a Hermes scarf and white jeans from Frame, despite the hot weather. Her jeans are referred to as “Le High Skinny in Blanc” on the Frame website, and they retail for £175.
Their product description is as follows: “Classic 70s Inspired High-Rise with a Contemporary Skinny Silhouette. Crafted from Premium White Denim with Super Stretch and Strong Recovery.”
For footwear, Meghan wore the same Chanel slingbacks that are owned by Crown Princess Mary of Denmark.
She completed her comfortable ensemble with a white £1,300 luxury Goyard tote, which she has owned since 2015, long before she was a working royal.
Its description says: “This iconic Goyard tote is made from off-white Goyardine printed canvas with tonal leather trim and silver-tone hardware. Details include double leather handles, a spacious beige canvas interior, and a detachable pochette.”
Finally, the Duchess wore a £355 Givenchy belt which she first started wearing in 2018.
