Kate, Princess of Wales, 41, looked immaculate today at the ladies’ final at Wimbledon.
The Princess wore an outfit from one of her favourite brands, Self Portrait, for today’s occasion.
Kate opted to wear the Lime Boucle Collared Chiffon midi dress from Self Portrait which costs £420.
This is a new purchase for the Princess, who has not worn this outfit before.
Its description says: “Like a fresh breeze, this green midi dress is ideal for garden parties and al fresco lunches.
“Framed with short sleeves and a tailored bouclé top, it is belted at the waist to flatter the form, before flowing down into a pleated chiffon midi skirt.
“Pair it with sunglasses and sandals for a summer-ready look. Check the Size Guide to find your perfect fit.”
The Princess accessorised with cluster pearl earrings from Cassandra Goad today, which cost a whopping £4,927.
Their description says: “The Real Pearl Co. – Elegant Gold plated 925 silver stud earrings with 7.5mm White pearls forming a Flower, on large butterflies, as worn by the Duchess of Cambridge at the christening of Prince Louis.”
As noted in the description, Kate wore these earrings for a poignant occasion back in 2018 for the christening of her third child. Therefore, it is likely that the jewels have special significance for the Princess of Wales.
Kate additionally wore her Halcyon Days bangle, which she first debuted in 2020. For footwear, she donned a new pair of Gianvito Rossi slingback pumps.
Furthermore, the Princess could be seen carrying an Emmy London “Natasha” clutch bag in blush that costs £395.
The Princess of Wales is the royal patron of the All England Lawn Tennis Club, therefore she always presents the trophies at the end of the match.
Royal fans loved the Princess’s style today. Twitter user @duchesskatefan_ wrote: “Love Princess Catherine’s hair today!”
Another fan, @FairyQueane replied: “It’s been nicely built up at the crown and frames her face beautifully.”
@Emma4AboutRoyal commented: “A first for Wimbledon for the Princess! She always just wore her hair down (all 21 times she attended Wimbledon”, never had her hair up, or half-up, half-down at this event before.
“I love this hair already! Missed this style this year.”
