Kate, Princess of Wales and Prince William, both 41, attended a celebration at St Thomas’s Hospital in London to mark the NHS 75th anniversary.
The Princess opted to wear her Alessandra Rich Azure Midi Dress which she wore twice last year, including for an outing at Wimbledon.
Its description says: “From the gently puffed, padded shoulders to the polka-dot pattern, Alessandra Rich’s midi dress has a distinct vintage vibe.
“It’s been made in Italy from lightweight crepe de chine and falls to a floaty pleated hem.
“The coordinating, waist-cinching belt is embellished with light-catching crystals, and the sizable keyhole back reveals a glimpse of skin.”
The dress is still on sale and costs a whopping £1,515. Kate looks very sophisticated when she wears this beautiful midi dress with its three-quarter sleeves and high neck.
The Princess paired the dress with her “Pearl and Diamond” earrings from Heavenly London.
The earrings feature imitation diamonds made from cubic zirconia and faux pearls crafted from resin.
Kate wore the earrings three times between June and July in 2012 and then over a decade later in February 2023.
As the earrings do not feature real stones, they retail for an affordable £90.
For footwear, Kate wore her white pumps by Gianvito Rossi. They’re known as the “Gianvito 105” style.
These shoes cost a sensational £650 and have the following description: “Gianvito Rossi’s signature pump silhouette has been revitalised in luxurious leather, designed with a classic point toe and heightened with a slim stiletto heel.
“Complement the elegant silhouette with minimalist accessories at evening soirées.”
The Princess of Wales wore the shoes during the 2022 Caribbean tour.
The Italian-made shoes feature a pointed toe, a partially covered stiletto heel, a beige leather sole and feature leather insoles.
Kate owns the shoes in a handful of other colours. The Princess has worn these 105 pumps in six other shades: red, praline, black, burgundy, silver and bisque.
For this outing, Kate curled her brunette locks into light waves, which she then wore behind her ears.
