But crafting those killer questions that will stick in the interviewer’s mind is no mean feat. Luckily, one savvy recruiter has taken to TikTok to reveal the top questions to ask your interviewer.

In her viral TikTok clip, she advises job seekers: “If you want to make a lasting impression with the hiring manager, make sure to ask them these three interview questions at the end. A hiring manager is your go-to person to get all of the details about the role.

“They are the ones to ask so you can get a clear understanding of what the role entails and what they expect from you. You can also ask questions to use your advantage so you can progress in future interviews.”

Revealing her top interview questions, she says: “Can you tell me about the team I’d be working with? What are your expectations for the person in this role for the first 30, 60, and 90 days? What are the three most important qualities you’re looking for in your ideal candidate?”

Wrapping up her advice, she concludes: “No more last-minute googling of what should I ask at an interview […] Never end the interview with no questions. Ask at least one.”
