Big Bang Theory alum Kaley Cuoco has opened up about her postpartum fitness journey after welcoming her daughter in March.

The actress admitted she had been embracing fitness and has been loving treadmills since giving birth for the first time.

Speaking with Today.com, she revealed: “Putting that incline up is so good for your muscles and for your circulation. I’ll also walk backward, which is amazing for your butt and legs.”

“It pretty much works everything,” the 37-year-old added.

Although Kaley has been on screens since the late 1990s, she became a household name after landing her starring role in Big Bang Theory as Penny.

She starred on the CBS hit alongside the likes of Mayim Bialik, Jim Parsons, and Johnny Galecki and earned herself multiple awards including Critics and People’s Choice gongs.

As for her relationship, Kaley and the Ozark star began dating in early 2022 and made their red-carpet debut together at the Emmy Awards later that year.

In an interview with People, Tom gushed about becoming a parent with Kaley, stating: “I’m so grateful to have a partner who I love to do it with.”

“And you never leave a workout and go, ‘I wish I didn’t do that.’ Even if it wasn’t the workout you envisioned, even if it was a little bit more low-key.”

Kaley continued: “Getting a good sweat sets the whole tone for the day.”

While the Flight Attendant star does enjoy working out with her partner and Ozark Tom Pelphrey, she admitted they prefer to go solo.

The star told the outlet: “We like very different things. He does a lot of lifting. He does a ton of pull-ups and I can’t even do a single one. That’s our hour to ourselves.”

She previously revealed she had a condition after giving birth, which meant avoiding certain types of exercise and she described as a “mommy injury”.
